Product Description
The Ramco Tile Fix adhesives come in various grades from T2 to T6 to cater to different specific needs and applications. Each grade meets specific adhesion requirements according to EN standard EN1348 and Indian standard IS 15477:2004. The T6 grade, in particular, contains White Cement, classified silica sand, and polymer additives for enhanced adhesion, water retention, and workability, making it ideal for fixing marble and light-colored stones.
For surface preparation, it is advised to remove all deteriorated materials, dirt, oil, grease, and other bond-inhibiting materials from the surface. The substrate should be wetted with clean water but must be dry prior to the application of Ramco Tile Fix. The product comes in dry form, needing only the addition of water to create a smooth, homogeneous mix. It's important to apply the adhesive with the appropriate notch trowel and to adhere to recommended application thicknesses for optimal results.
Ramco Tile Fix products are available in 25KG or 40KG bags, offering a shelf life of 6 months when stored in dry conditions. While the products are non-hazardous, it's recommended to wear protective gear during application due to their cementitious nature.

Things to Consider
